The New Game Review Thread.

Mass destruction A-[/size] saturn 1997
This buried saturn gem was a pleasant surprise. I wasen exspecting a whole lot going in but after only an hour of play time i changed my mind. the first thing i noticed were the sound is a real ear full. The blareing tecno is surpriseing fun to listen to and the guns and exsplosions sound great. I really enjoyed the water crash down sound. Also the graphics are wonderfull you go to many exsotic locals and they just look great. Its all done in polygons but the load times a super quick. Thier are even refections in the water! Also stuff blows up real good it never gets boreing dsetroying an entire city and running over milita. The plot is your standered tank game fair bad but thats ok thier are lots of pretty exsplosions. Besides who plays a tank game for a deep plot? My only real complaint is the lack of veritey in the missions, Thier almost all seek and destroy. But its still a solid game worth adding to any saturn fans collection. One of the best third party saturn games.

I just beat it and felt like reveiwing it but not all the levels opned up for some reason? :confused:

Not quite new, but I have Splinter Cell Pandora Tomorrow. The first one is simple compared to htis one the new one has jungle levels and the controls are more refined, making moving and shooting easier, but once you get halfway through, the ai is really smart.

Corpse killer  D-          
Ok right off the bat with a name like corpse killer you already know the game is going to suck.  The second and biggest clue that the game will suck is the fact that it is a FMV game i can hear the groans.  In all fairness corpse killer could have been C instead of a D-.  You see corpse killer does have some things going for it like for one the video quality is very high (for a saturn game).  Its very clean looking compared to other versions but its still rather grainy.  Its got likeable actors who diliver some of the best lines ive heard in a long time form a video game.  "I bet you know who to turn it on i bet you know how to turn on a lot of things".  If great corn ball lines like that dont make you smile nothing will.  Also the evil doctor is actuly fairly well done i actuly think i have seen him in more then one sifi original movie.  While the videos are funny and entertaining to watch the game play is less stelar alot less.  All you do in this game is aim a cross hair and shoot real fun why this dosent have light gun support is beyond me.  Plus to make up for how short this game is they cranked up the difficulty.  Which wouldent be so bad if they actuly made the game harder no all they did was make the game very cheap so you get cheap hits up the ying yang.  Alot of the time you get hit when there are no zombies even close to you!  Or sometimes a monster is just plain unkillable and if it is they dont tell you how or where to shoot it really nice going guys.  Some thing else i want to add his how strange the zombie parts look.  You see the zombies dont actuly stand or walk on the for ground they hover. Yeah thats right you heard me they hover they just float towards you and flail there legs untill they reach you.  Its actuly more fun to wach the game then it is to play it.  I wish there was some kind of movie mode where you could just wach all the movie bits but sadly no which is a shame becaue thats the best part of the game.  Its hard for me to actuly recomend you to buy this game dispite its novelty its just bad spend your five bucks on a better game.

Star fox 64 A+[/size]
Star fox is a short fast and all around very fun arcade style game that just arnt popping up like the once did.  The game play is a lightning fast filled with great sound and flashy explosions.  The graphics unlike many n64 games have aged fantastilcy every thing still looks very sleek and clear.  The game has just aged better then i could have ever hoped for.  Back in the N64 hey day me and my freinds could pop in star fox and play for hours at a time and you know what?  We still can star fox is just a great game its short enough that you can blow through the intire game in just under 2 hours.  But you can take a ton of diffrent paths to get to the final level.  And most of the missions differ greatly my favorite has to be the fire stage or maybe the clearly independence day inspred level.  This game is just alot of fun thats worth beating again and again.  Bottom line its one of the few reasons not to ebay you N64.

NBA 2K2 Review:

segas last dreamcast game is a sorry one first sega put the game out on other game systems so people just got the game on the new systems. but this game is cool the graphics are as good as the xbox one and the loading time is way better the online play was fun like 2 years ago but now seganet is no more so sega dreamcast players cant go online so all the dreamcast players go to xbox live. sega should bring back seganet
but this is a good game and i think you should get it.
