Type in your 360 serial number there to register your console and it will tell you if it's under warranty or not, which I'm sure it is. No receipt or anything needed. Miicrosoft will ship you a box and everything. You ship it back to them free of charge, they fix it and send it back to you.
I dunno if it works out of the US though. You might have to look into it.
I requested a repair back in October for my 360 and never sent it to them. I still have it sitting in my living room in the box I'm supposed to ship it in. I wonder if it's still valid to be fixed. I never got around to mailing it off.
