WHats your view on tails?

Yeah, watching him die repeatedly in the Genesis installments in the series is just hilarious. What an idiot. Plus, he's got the most annoying voice that I've ever heard in a video game. Really, it sounds as though he's voiced by a two-year-old, and the voice actor(s) should be ashamed of himself/herself.

I thought he was funny in the 2nd Megadrive game. It was fun having a buddy playing him with the 2nd controller.

yh he was better in the old games and that now he is going solo and not following sonic all the time, it kinda sucks

my vote: 

I think tails is a P.I.T.A.

In the Bonus levels, in order to collect the Chaos emerald you need to collect a certain amount of rings.

Well stupid Tails keeps running into the bombs and loses all of his rings, which in turn makes me lose out on collecting the emerald. He would even get in FRONT of  me (Sonic) and collect rings, and then lose them.

If i play Sonic 2 i would attach Sonic and Knuckles to it, so that way i can play without tails. Much easier i believe.

But, Tails is sometimes quite useful. So, he's not bad IMO.

you just gotta have a friend come over and play as tails by plugging a controller into the 2nd slot, a WHOLE lot easier to get those emeralds
