Calibrate joystick for Sega Revo

To whom it may concern:  I want to make my own profile for my joy stick as the cars are VERY twichy.

Can anybody tell me where I can find the configure file for Sega Rally Revo so I can modify it for my Logitech Extreme 3D Pro Joystick.  I want to make the cars harder to steer as now I hardly have to touch the joystick to make the car turn left or right,
